Who made the Topagee?
Digging around on the net I found this old manual for the Topagee on Pinterest which references "Campa Products (N.Z.) LTD". Quick search on them shows that they were operational in New Zealand from 1975 - 1997. In Australia they were distributed under "Topagee Campers PTY LTD" which weirdly incorporated earlier than the New Zealand company and ran from 1971 - 1976.

I'm pretty sure I've got the 'budget' model from the above.
